Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Warehouse pickup (most orders)

  • Pick up at: 9016 E. 46th St, Tulsa, OK 74145, during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM).
  • We will let you know when your order is ready.
  • The person picking up must be 21 or older, be the account holder or an authorized representative, and show a valid government photo ID.
  • Please check your order before leaving. Report any damaged, short or incorrect items at pickup (see our Returns & Credits Policy).
  • We'll contact you about unclaimed orders.

2. Local delivery (by arrangement)

  • We offer a limited number of paid local deliveries each week in the Tulsa area.
  • Delivery must be arranged by phone at (918) 380-6662. Availability is confirmed when you call, and a delivery fee is quoted when you schedule.
  • Deliveries are made only to the business address on your approved account.
  • Someone 21 or older from your business must be present to receive the order and may be asked to show ID and sign.
  • Please inspect your order at delivery and report problems right away.

3. No mail or carrier shipping

We do not ship tobacco, nicotine or vapor products by mail (USPS) or by common carrier (such as UPS or FedEx). All orders are fulfilled by warehouse pickup or Eagle local delivery only.

4. Title and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed over at pickup, or when it is delivered to and accepted at your business. See our Terms of Sale.
